Postage for return of hard disks and other media is charged at cost. Where repair and/or upgrading work on computers is undertaken any hardware supplied and installed by PC Recovery is warranted under manufacturers normal guarantee. We undertake to replace items or to refund purchase costs in the event that items supplied by PC Recovery are shown to be unfit for their purpose or are defective. Our warranty does not cover hardware or software purchased elsewhere.
